I am an athlete in the British sailing squad, currently campaigning towards the Olympic games in the IQFoil class. Originally from North Wales I am based In the South West dividing my time between sailing and studying at the University of Exeter.
I began my journey aged 10 years old at Plas Menai as a part of their weekly youth windsurfing club now known as Menai Dragons. They encouraged me to Join the regional RYA On Board Event hosted at Bala. I loved the racing and was hooked from that event. I joined Clwb Hwylio Y Felinheli (Port Dinorwic Sailing Club) and never stopped racing from there!
I hope to continue with my studies at University, whilst competing at the highest level within my sport.
Between both I enjoy coaching the next generation of sailors to achieve their goals within windsurfing. Leading the Midlands regional squad is always a rewarding role getting the opportunity to lead a team of experienced coaches to offer a world class program.
